Nonprofit organizations are often working to create meaningful community impact while navigating limited capacity, resources, and operational demands. Through its Advisory Services program, Advancing Macomb works with nonprofit organizations across Macomb County, from groups just getting started to established organizations navigating growth or new opportunities.
Led by Advancing Macomb Program Manager, Nyesha Motley, the Advisory Services program offers practical guidance, individualized support and strategic coaching tailored to each organization’s unique needs.

Initial consultations are provided at no cost. Organizations interested in ongoing one-on-one coaching services may contact Advancing Macomb directly for fee information. Meetings are available both virtually and in person.
In addition to individualized support, Advancing Macomb offers customized virtual and in-person training opportunities on a variety of nonprofit-related topics based on your organization’s needs.
From building a strong foundation to preparing for expansion, strengthening leadership, or exploring new opportunities, Advancing Macomb is here to support your mission and impact.
