Purpose Summit 2020, which will be held throughout downtown Mt. Clemens on May 12 & 13, will bring national speakers, business leaders, thought leaders, and community leaders together for two days to discuss purpose in the workplace and the future of work.
The summit aims to attract hundreds of purpose-focused leaders for two days of inspirational keynotes at the Emerald Theatre. It will include insightful breakout sessions at the Oakland University Macomb Center, lunch at several participating restaurants, a sponsor reception at the Anton Art Center, and more.
As a way for the summit to create a lasting, tangible result in Macomb County, PurposePoint has partnered with Advancing Macomb to fund a community grant to support various nonprofit organizations in the county. A portion of proceeds from Purpose Summit 2020 in Mt. Clemens will fund this grant. Discounted tickets to the Purpose Summit are available through Advancing Macomb using the code “AdvMacomb” through March 1st.
Key issues that will be discussed at the summit include; the importance of organizational purpose and how purpose drives performance and profitability, understanding how to connect with, attract, motivate, and lead the next generation in the workforce, connecting with your why and discovering how your work matters, and more.
