Please join us for our final Nonprofit Roundtable of 2025—a special year-end gathering that includes a site visit, networking, hands-on service activity, and lunch.

We’ll be welcomed by Dr. Mary Welsh, who will share the inspiring mission and impact of Susie Q’s Kids. Following her remarks, participants will take part in a hands-on service activity assembling sensory comfort bags together on-site. This year-end Roundtable is a warm opportunity to gather as a community, deepen relationships, learn from a local nonprofit partner, and give back through meaningful service.

A light lunch (pizza, salad, and sodas) will be provided. 

Optional: Bring a Donation (Not Required) If you feel inspired, you’re welcome to bring items that Susie Q’s Kids often includes in their comfort bags and sensory kits. These items support comfort, play, and emotional regulation for children of all ages. Examples include: panda bears, cozy fleece or crochet blankets, coloring or activity books, stickers, crayons and colored pencils, card games, journals, adult coloring books, puzzle books, matchbox cars, spinners, Rubik’s cubes, snap bracelets, pulls, and sensory-friendly items such as popper boards, squishy balls, stress balls, and slime or Playdoh.

Donations are completely optional and not expected—your presence is what matters most.
