My name is Anissa Hudy and I am an attorney. I have been practicing for 17 years. I left the big law firm life and started my own solo practice. For the past 16 years, my focus was in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation (creditor’s rights, CMBS workout and receiverships, primarily). The Advancing Macomb board answered a call to help provide gap funding for the new recreation and launch site on the Clinton River in Mt. Clemens. Final bids for the project came in much higher than anticipated due to additional engineering needed to lower ongoing maintenance costs. The Clinton River Watershed Council spearheaded the project as a part of its broader Watertowns® initiative.
